This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity. They will maximize efficiency by analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities as well as systems administration and maintenance, evaluation of functionality, design and configurations, testing changes, report writing and development of integrations between systems both internal and external.

The Digital Operations Analyst will provide exceptional customer service and front-line technical support for our Product Life Cycle business community, as well as other operational business systems. The candidate must be open to have flexible working hours with the expectation that they will attend meetings/have communication with teams based in USA and China time zones.
